Design Terms + Conditions

All designs are for Blogger platform only.

Payments should be submitted via Paypal.  Please let me know if the name on your paypal account is different from the one on your order form.  Before I start on your design, I will send you an invoice for the cost of your design plus the cost of any add-ons that you want to use.  After the invoice is paid in full, I will begin working.

I will not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Credit will be placed on your site linking back to mccarty designs as the designer of your template.  The link must remain on your blog as long as you have elements designed by me.

All communication is conducted via email.  Please be sure to check your email throughout this process.

It will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete your blog.  I will update you periodically throughout the process.

Each makeover includes a total of 4 revisions after the initial draft.  In the event you need more, they are an additional $5 per revision.

Clients files are not saved or stored.

You are free to rearrange or add widgets to your template as you wish.  If you attempt to alter a part of your design and accidentally delete any of the coding or elements, I will not be able to restore your template. 

For custom installation I require your blogger login and password.  This is collected immediately before installation and is deleted directly after installation is complete.  This information is 100% confidential and will not be shared.

Premade designs will be installed within 48 hours after full payment is received.  Credits will be placed at the bottom of the blog and cannot be moved and/or altered.  Just as with custom designs, I will need your blogger login name and password in order to install the premade design.
